- Mitsubishi Electric — 5-year parts warranty
- Fujitsu — 5-year parts warranty
- Panasonic, Samsung, LG — 5-year parts (varies by model)
- We help you lodge any warranty claim directly with the manufacturer

What's not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect or lack of regular servicing
- Power surges, lightning strikes or electrical faults outside our install
- Tampering or repair work performed by anyone other than us
- Pest damage (rats chewing wires, possums, etc.)
- Cosmetic wear and tear over time
- Acts of nature (storms, flood, hail)
- Relocation of units after install
- Filters and consumables (clean every 3 months)
