1. About these terms

These terms govern any work performed by Fuzz Air Conditioning ("we", "us", "our") for you ("the customer"). By accepting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & pricing

• All quotes are free and provided without obligation.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Pricing is fixed for the scope described in the quote. Variations (additional work, hidden defects discovered during install, customer-requested changes) will be quoted separately and approved before proceeding.
• GST is included in all quoted prices unless stated otherwise.

3. Bookings & cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed once the customer accepts the quote in writing (SMS, email or signed document).
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked time are free.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a call-out fee.

4. Payment

• Final payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For installations, a deposit may be required to secure equipment and the install date.
• We accept bank transfer and card payment. An invoice will be provided.

5. Workmanship warranty

All installation work is covered by our 5-year workmanship warranty. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 5 years on Daikin, Mitsubishi and Fujitsu units). See our Warranty page for full details.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the work area and electrical supply.
• Disclose any known defects, asbestos, or structural concerns before work begins.
• Obtain owner / strata / landlord approval where required.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
